Your team

Your manager can answer your questions or direct you to the most relevant person.

You can also turn toward your buddy. A buddy is a team member who helps you out through your onboarding. If you don’t have one, ask your team members who would be keen to be your buddy

Human resources

If you have any questions related to HR, contact your Human Resource Business Partner (HRBP). It’s the person who took care of your contract. You’re on a temporary contract? Temporary agencies will provide the HR information and will be your contact point


Local Onboarding Network is your local focal point for your first day at Airbus Protect for logistical aspects and the onboarding presentation. On each Ap site there is a dedicated focal point.


The IT/DTO team is focused on digital identity, software access, and hardware’s management. IT helpdesk If you need support with your security clearance, account, software and hardware contact them:

Medical services :

You will receive a formal invitation by email to do a health check during your pre-boarding or onboarding. In it, you’ll find the name of your work ctor as well as the location to go to
