• Functional and operational leader of the team,
• Actively drive the development, skill management, performance, motivation and engagement of the team and its individuals,
• Ensure the correct definition of activities and understanding between the consultant and the client,
• Manage project resources as required, validate travel requests and costs incurred,
• Formalize the project progress stages (coordination and consolidation of data, set up and monitor KPIs, financial and technical reporting and follow-up),
• Identifying new business opportunities

Are you THE one ?

• You have a university degree in Aerospace Engineering or equivalent
• You have a solid knowledge of project management and organization,
• You have experience in airworthiness and certification, Airbus System development processes and Airbus Methods & Tools development
• You have at least 5 years’ experience working in in technical project management 
• Knowledge of office and project management tools is necessary.
• Knowledge of business development & strategy would be a plus.
• Your colleagues describe you as organized and dynamic. 
• You have a good sense of mediation, and you are a role model in coordination and rigor,
• Autonomy, good interpersonal skills and leadership are all assets that characterize you.
• You are fluent in English. Sie sprechen Deutsch.
