Stefan Hechler

Stefan Hechler: Line Manager Threat Management Centre

Stefan Hechler has extensive experience in cybersecurity and leads the Threat Management Centre at Airbus Protect. After starting his career as a software developer, he specialised in cybersecurity analysis and developed into an expert in Threat Intelligence. 

As a line manager, he is now transnationally responsible for Vulnerability Management, Cyber Threat Intelligence, Attack Surface Management and Digital Risk Protection.

His focus is on proactive cyber defence: the early detection and targeted mitigation of threats. For him, information is the central currency that significantly influences a company’s security posture – especially in an increasingly connected world.

Emma Mullins

Emma Mullins: Cyber Defence Specialist – Intelligence

Emma Mullins is a Cyber Defence Intelligence Analyst within the Threat Management Centre at Airbus Protect, bringing over three and a half years of dedicated experience. She transitioned into this role with a strong practical foundation, having previously worked as both a Digital Forensic Analyst and a Cyber Security Analyst.

Her current focus is on Cyber Threat Intelligence (CTI), where she works to preventively identify and analyse threats to protect client systems and networks. Emma is passionate about leveraging effective CTI to transform an organisation’s security posture from reactive to proactive, believing analysis of the cyber threat landscape provides the necessary context and foresight to anticipate and counter attacks.

Callum Williams-Kinnaird: Cyber Defence Specialist – Intelligence

Callum Williams-Kinnaird is a Cyber Defence Specialist with six years of experience at Airbus. His expertise is rooted in proactive defence, focusing on understanding both the vulnerability and threat landscapes to secure customer networks and supply chains.

His responsibilities include delivering actionable threat intelligence to stakeholders, actively hunting for known adversaries, and conducting vulnerability assessments to identify weaknesses and support essential remediation and mitigation efforts.
