We are committed to reducing the environmental impact of our operations and digital services. Key initiatives include:
Reducing emissions &
optimising resources
• Integrating sustainability criteria into our purchasing policy to support our suppliers’ CSR efforts.
• Signing renewable energy contracts at all our managed sites and implementing energy-saving measures.
• Promoting the use of low-carbon means of transport and incorporating environmental responsibility criteria into the organisation of our business travel.
• Ensuring waste sorting at all directly managed sites.
Innovation &
resilience
• Strengthening resilience to climate change through risk analysis, operational adaptation, and the promotion of innovation and research.
• Identifying new activities, products, or services that may emerge from the transition to a low-carbon economy.
Eco-design of our
digital services
• Establishing an internal eco-design competence centre to promote knowledge sharing and foster innovative solutions for responsible design.
• Training employees involved in the creation of digital products and services in the principles and practices of eco-design.
Social impact: A human and ethical commitment
We aim to create a positive impact for our employees and society, promoting a collaborative and inclusive culture, ensuring a safe working environment, and forging lasting links with local communities.

diversity
• Actively promoting diversity and inclusion, with a particular focus on including people with disabilities in our teams
• Increasing female representation at all levels and in management positions.
Reducing psychosocial
risks
• Strengthening manager training in psychosocial risk prevention (PSR) and the early detection of warning signs.
• Identifying and reducing stress factors by conducting regular assessments and implementing targeted actions (e.g., optimising workloads).
Local
communities
• Strengthening ties with local communities through partnerships aligned with our values.
• Encouraging employee engagement in solidarity projects, such as a corporate volunteering programme, donation campaigns, and skills-based sponsorship.

Certifications &
management systems
• Our ambition is to obtain recognised certifications, including ISO 14001 and a Responsible Digital (INR) certification.
• We aim to achieve an ECOVADIS assessment for our overall CSR performance.
• Establishing a robust Environmental Management System (EMS) for systematic management and continuous reduction of our environmental impact.
Sustainable
supply chain
• Extending our responsibility to the entire supply chain by integrating clear CSR criteria into our purchasing policy.
• Rigorously evaluating our strategic suppliers and monitoring their progress to ensure they adopt sustainable and ethical practices.
Stakeholder
engagement
• Communicating transparently and responsibly on an annual basis about our sustainability commitments and performance, using clear and relevant Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Engaging stakeholders through information sessions and feedback mechanisms.
